Online shopping numbers reached new heights in the 2022 Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale Season. According to Adobe, the total estimated season revenue is more than 210 billion dollars for the 2022 sale season.
The consumers are spending the most this season! The revenues hit 11.3B Dollars on Cyber Monday with 5.3B dollars on Thanksgiving and 9.12B dollars on Black Friday.
Adobe predicted that Cyber Five (the days from Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday) would generate $34.8 billion in online spending and represent 16.3% of the November to December holiday season.
Consumers spent $5.29 billion on Thanksgiving Day, a 2.9% increase over last year, according to Adobe, which also projected Cyber Monday would grow 5.1% over last year with $11.2 billion in sales.
A record 48% of all eCommerce sales on Black Friday were made on smartphones. On Thanksgiving, 55% of online sales were on mobile, up 8.3% YoY. – Tech Crunch
However, the conversion rate was 6.9% on desktop and 3.6% on mobile for Cyber Monday sales.
